Return Policy
‒ Bex Gallery offer returns for art pieces within 14 days of receipt of delivery if the art pieces are completely in an undamaged condition.
‒ Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it.
‒ There is no refund for returned art pieces that are damaged in any way. Learn more about Refund policy.
‒ When returning an art piece for any reason, you must do so in the exact conditions you received it from Bex Gallery.
‒ Please note: Bex Gallery does not cover shipping and handling costs for returns. Learn more about Refund policy.
‒ Please notice that Bex Gallery doesn’t accept packages send with Cash on Delivery (COD).
‒ Please keep postage stamps and track & trace information at hand. Make sure to contact Bex Gallery by mail at hi@bexgallery.com to ensure that everything is in order.
Refund Policy
‒ Art piece refund usually within 2-3 weeks of returning your order. After Bex Gallery receives and checks the condition of your return order, it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to display on your payment card statement.
‒ Bex Gallery will refund your return costs on art pieces sold, up to our standard delivery option cost, if:
• you received an incorrect art piece, or
• you received a defective art piece, or
• you received an art piece that does not match its description.
‒ There is no refund for returned art pieces that are damaged in any way.

Bex Gallery understands and respects your privacy. We will not supply third parties with information regarding you, unless it is necessary when shipping your goods. We will not sell information regarding your person, credit card, address, or email. Any dispute between Bex Gallery and its costumer are regulated by Swedish law.
Colours
Colours are not guaranteed. Due to colour variability in computer and screen monitors, Bex Gallery have no liability if colours of the items do not match their display on the Site. Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colour may appear slightly different.
